The sloth is a tree dweller of central and South America. It spends its life in lush tropical rainforests. They live mainly in the canopy’s of trees and move about forty yards a day. They move so slow that they grow moss on its fur. They munch on bark and small buds. They have a low metabolic rate and spend ruffle 15-20 hours a day sleeping. They come down to dedicate and are most vunurable to predators, especially the young. They lose 3/4 of Thier body weight when they dedicate. Everything in nature is slow to the sloth. Including eating and digesting and there are two groups of sloths in the world. They are good at swimming.
